PURPOSE:To improve controllability and reliability of a system by combining a differential pressure control valve compensation opening computing function with a system differential pressure control valve, so that the pressure fluctuation of turbine compressor is well controlled at abrupt load changes. CONSTITUTION:A flow rate at an outlet of a compressor 1 of a turbine 2 is detected by a flow-rate detector 11 of the system, and compressor flow-rate detection value thereof is obtained. A flow-rate differential signal g, which is comparative value between the value e and a process feed air flow-rate setting value f, is applied to a differential pressure control valve compensation opening computer 12. Based on the differential signal g, a preliminary compensation opening direction h for a differential pressure control valve 10 is calculated by the computer 12. Also, a resultant amount obtained from a differential pressure control valve opening direction d, which is calculated by a differential pressure control valve opening computer 8, and a direction h obtained from the computer 12 is given to the differential pressure control value 10 as the final opening direction i. By keeping of good controllability of the system against abrupt load changes, improvement of the reliability is attained. |
