<p>PURPOSE:To ensure the correct winding operation and to automatize the repeated wire winding processes, by repeating the operations of forming a plurality of wound wire bundles from the upper stage to the lower stage and then from the lower stage to the upper stage with the use of a rotational arm, and then twisting the wound wire bundles on the lower stage to insert between the wound wire bundles on the upper stage so as to align them. CONSTITUTION:A flyer 4 is brought close to an upper stage reel 1a and an arm 5 is rotated so as to wind a coated wire 6 on the reel 1a by a predetermined number of turns. Then a lower stage reel 1d is opposed to the flyer 4 and the arm is rotated so as to wind the wire 6 on the reel 1d by a predetermined number of turns. In a similar manner, the wire 6 is wound also on reels 1b, 1e and 1c. Both ends of the wire 6 are cut off and the axes 2 and 3 of the upper and lower stage reels 1 are caused to approach each other for taking out the bundles of wound wire. The lower bundles are twisted by 180 deg. to be inserted between the upper stage bundles. According to this method, repetition of the wire winding process can be automatized.</p> |
