PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sharp image when a thermal transfer system using pig ment with superior storage stability is adopted by using a resin specifying its hardness for an image receiving and adhesive layer when each of the layers of a peeling protection layer, a security imparting layer and the image receiving and adhesive layer is stacked in order respectively on a supporting body. SOLUTION: This intermediate transfer recording medium (intermediate transfer film) forms a diffraction grating structure forming layer 4 forming a diffraction grating pattern as a security imparting layer on a peelable protection layer 2 formed on a heat-resistant base sheet 1 becoming a supporting body and further, stacks a transparent thin-film layer 5 and an image receiving and adhesive layer 6 on it. Here, a resin of <=HB in hardness is used for the image receiving and adhesive layer 6. Then, an image is formed on the image receiving and adhesive layer 6 by a thermal transfer recording medium equipped with a transfer able coloring layer where pigment is dispersed in the thermoplastic resin by using a thermal head and this image surface is overlapped on a transferred body 10 provided with a resin layer 12 on a base material 11 such as paper to transfer it thermally. |
