PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat a discharged water from a desalting device so as to reuse the water by adding an anionic flocculant to the water discharged from a reaction tank and retaining the water. SOLUTION: The oil content in a discharged water from a desalting device is removed by using a slop oil separator 1. Since the water from which the oil content is removed contains an oil content in an emulsion state or as suspended substances, these substances are removed in a WSR separator 2 by using naphtha. The water treated in the WSR separator 2 is heated in a water stripper 4 to remove the gas component. Before the water is treated in the water stripper 4, the water is made to pass through a buffer tank 3. The water treated in the water stripper 4 is reacted with activated carbon in a reaction tank 5. In this process, the water is preferably stirred by a stirrer or air supply device 15. The water treated in the reaction tank 5 is sent to a retention tank 6, where an anionic flocculant is added. In the retention tank 6, the water is retained for about 5 min while divided into sludge and the treated water. |
