CAM PLATE-TYPE COMPRESSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize the whole compressor and to decrease the weight in a cam plate-type compressor provided with a relief valve. SOLUTION: A relief valve 38 is attached to a rear housing 14 in which a suction chamber 27 and a delivery chamber 28 are formed by being sectioned, so as to be housed in the thickness. A pressure receiving port 42 of the relief valve 38 is communicated with the delivery chamber 28. When gas pressure in the discharging chamber 28 is abnormally increased beyond the prescribed value, the relief valve 38 is released, and gas pressure is decreased.
