PURPOSE: A mounting device appropriately selects spring constant and damping value to reduce noise of a car. CONSTITUTION: A mounting device comprises a first, a second and a third lower cases(56, 66, 76), a first, a second and a third diaphragms(52, 62, 72), a first, a second and a third distributing lines(82, 84, 86), a first, a second and a third valves(92, 94, 96), a controller(100) and a calculator(110). The first, the second and the third lower cases(56, 66, 76) communicates with second gateways(48) of a first, a second and a third orifice(42, 44, 46) respectively and are fixed on the bottom of an orifice structure(40). The first, the second and the third diaphragms(52, 62, 72) are horizontally installed in the first, the second and the third lower cases(56, 66, 76) as partitions to divide the cases(56, 66, 76) into a first, a second and a third auxiliary fluid rooms(50, 60, 70) and a first, a second and a third air room(54, 65, 74) respectively. The first, the second and the third distributing lines(82, 84, 86) are connected with the first, the second and the third air rooms(54, 64, 74) respectively to guide the movement of air. The first, the second and the third valves(92, 94, 96) are installed on the first, the second and the third distributing lines(82, 84, 86) respectively to block air discharging on the first, the second and the third air rooms(54, 64, 74) respectively. The controller(100) controls the operation of the first, the second and the third valves(92, 94, 96). The calculator(110) calculates control values for the controller(100) and transmits the values to the controller(100).
