PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition having improved flowability and measuring stability during a molding process and gives a product showing improved impact resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance, fatigue property and anisotropy and to provide a formed item thereof. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin composition is a resin composition obtained by mixing 0.5 to 100 pts.wt. of a liquid crystalline resin (B) with 100 pts.wt. of at least one thermoplastic resin (A) selected from a styrene-based resin, a polycarbonate-based resin and a polyphenylene ether-based resin. A change ratio (%) of a glass transition temperature for the thermoplastic resin (A) satisfies the equation, [(TgA-TgT)/TgA]×100<=5 (wherein, TgA is a glass transition temperature for the thermoplastic resin (A) and TgR is a glass transition temperature derived from the thermoplastic resin (A) of the resin composition).
