PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of upper struts in a partition panel capable of firmly connecting the upper struts to the upper ends of the existing struts and easily changing the height of the panel at a low construction cost. SOLUTION: Since the upper struts 6 are firmly connected to the struts 4 by fitting strength of a fitting lever 14 fitted to the upper ends of the struts 4 and holding strength of side walls of the struts 4 consisting of the fitting lever 14 and a reinforcing lever 15, a height changing panel can stably be supported. Since there is no need to change the struts 4 themselves, the existing panel bodies 5 and, etc., are disassembled to remove, labor for being newly reconstructed can be eliminated and, at the same time, a construction cost and a changing material cost can be also lowered.
