PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for heat sensitive recording material, in which the favorable dimensional stability of a paper support is realized. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method for the heat sensitive recording material, in which a heat sensitive coloring layer is provided on the paper support, a base paper having a water content of 2 to 5% is employed as the paper support. A coating liquid including a binder occupying 10 to 50 wt.% of total solid content is employed as a heat sensitive coloring layer coating liquid, which is applied onto the paper support and dried. |
