PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of motor capable of fixing a motor to a chassis and the like without using screws, using quite usual motor without the need of laborious works such as clacking, reducing costs, improving productivity and also performing easy maintenance. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure, a motor 1 is fitted at circular arc shaped part of a magnet 2, whose inner circumference face is roughly U-shaped, which is adapted to the diameter of outer circumference of the motor 1 by magnetic force from the magnet 2, the magnet 2 where the motor 1 is mounted and fixed is fitted to the opening part 32 which is shaped roughly in U-shape when viewed from the front and placed at a front part 31 of a chassis 3 to attach the motor 1, the magnet 2 is fixed not to come out by a hooking projection 33 provided at front edge part of the opening part 32 of the chassis 3 in a state of fitting of the magnet 2, the magnet 2 is fixed at the opening part 32 of the chassis 3 not to come out by a hooking piece part 34 projected and mounted in the opening part 32 in the horizontal direction to prevent coming out the magnet 2 upward, so that the motor 1 is mounted to fix on the chassis 3 via the magnet 2.
