The disclosed herein spirit level gives readouts in degrees of slope and is composed of a wooden or plastic base 1 in the interior of which there are incorporated two smaller containers (2,4) of rectangular and circular form respectively, which containers are filled with liquid to the half of the container so that when the spirit level is displaced the liquid (3,5) showing the slope of the surface by way of the marking indicia encountered at the side of the container (6,7) is displaced too. Theadvantage of the invention is that the user is in position to obtain a steady incline of the entirety of a surface and that this incline can be read in percentage of slope. |
