SCAFFOLDS REMOVED LIPID FOR HUMAN VOLUME REPLACEMENT OR CELL CULTURE AND USE THEREOF

A preparing method of a scaffolds removed lipid for human volume replacement or cell culture is provided to remove scaffolds without adding chemical materials, and to increase a storage period of the lipid. A preparing method of a scaffolds removed lipid for human volume replacement or cell culture includes the steps of: pulverizing the fat tissue and making the scaffolds secede with sonication; removing the seceding scaffolds and the fat tissue in which the scaffolds do not secede; and obtaining a lipid in which the scaffolds are removed by sterilizing the fat tissue in which the scaffolds secede. In first step, a protein decomposing enzyme is not used. In the first step, pulverized fat tissue is treated with hyaluronidase, and then sonication of the fat tissue is made.
