<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical recording medium having high recording sensitivity, capable of increasing recording speed and capable of high multiple recording, to provide an optical recording method using the optical recording medium capable of recording an interference image by interference between information light and reference light in a short time, capable of high multiple recording and capable of attaining the improvement of system performance and the reduction of cost, and to provide an optical recording apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The optical recording medium comprises at least: a first substrate; a first recording layer and a second recording layer for recording information utilizing holography; a filter layer; and a second substrate, and, provided that the minimum irradiation energy capable of recording in the first recording layer is defined as E<SB>1</SB>and the minimum irradiation energy capable of recording in the second recording layer as E<SB>2</SB>, the inequality of E<SB>1</SB>×100<E<SB>2</SB>is satisfied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
