PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. which gives steam-cured products having excellent tensile strength, etc. and resistance to O3 and compression set, by adding a di-aminemaleimide compd., an alkaline earth metal oxide (hydroxide), and amine compd. and nickel di-thiocarbamate to a chlorosulfonated polyolefin. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. chlorosulfonated polyolefin (A) is blended with 2-8 pts.wt. diaminemaleimide compd. (B) of formula I (wherein R1 is an alkylene, an arylene or phenylene) (e.g., N,N'-phenylenediaminemaleimide), 3-10 pts.wt. alkaline earth metal oxide (hydroxide) (C: [e.g., Ca(OH)2], 2-4 pts.wt. amine compd. (D) (e.g., 6-ethoxy-2,2,4-trimothyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline) and 1-5 pts.wt. nickel dithio carbamate (E) of formula II (R2 is an alkyl, an alkenyl, phenyl or an aryl). |
