A power relay device for a mobile apparatus is provided to deal with an emergency status flexibly by using a sufficient amount of power of the other mobile apparatus when using a specific mobile apparatus with a battery having a small amount of power. A power relay device for a mobile apparatus includes an input unit(110), a boost-up unit(120), and an output unit(130). The input unit is configured to receive a voltage from a battery of one mobile apparatus. The boost-up unit boosts up the voltage inputted through the input unit to a predetermined voltage. The output unit is configured to supply the voltage boosted up through the boost-up unit to a battery of the other mobile machinery.
