A wireless communication device for providing a 3-way multi-call service, a navigation device for providing the same, a system for providing an interpretation service using the same, and a method thereof are provided to implement a 3-way multi-call service by mixing voice signals from two of three persons, transmitting the mixed voice signal to the other person, and transmitting each person's voice signal to the other two persons in multicast. A wireless communication device for providing a 3-way multi-call service comprises a first radio communication part(20), a second radio communication part(30), a voice signal input-output part(40), a multi-call module(50), a mixing/transmitting part(60), and a control part(70). The first radio communication part comprises a transmitter and a receiver for remote wireless communication. The second radio communication part comprises a transmitter and a receiver for short range wireless communication. The voice signal input-output part an input part and an output part to input and output signals for a call with the external through the first radio communication part or the second radio communication part. The multi-call module forms a 3-way multi-call by making a communication connection between two among the first radio communication part, the second radio communication part, and the voice signal input-output part and connecting the other to the two. The mixing/transmitting part receives voice signals from the receivers or input part of two among the first and second radio communication parts and the voice signal input-output part, mixes them, and transmits the mixed signal to the other's transmitter or output part. Also the mixing/transmitting part receives a voice signal from the receiver or input part of one among the three parts and transmits it to the other two's transmitters or output part in multicast. The control part controls the multi-call module and the mixing/transmitting part so that the 3-way multi-call can be made.
