An auxiliary muffler of a vehicle is provided to manufacture easily by having a simple structure, to reduce the weight of a vehicle and to cut down the cost, and to reduce exhaust noise effectively. An auxiliary muffler of a vehicle comprises a muffler pipe(1) having an inlet port(1a) making exhaust gas flow in the muffler pipe, an outlet port(1b) making the exhaust gas moving in the muffler pipe flow out to the outside of the muffler pipe, and an extension(1c) formed larger than the diameter of the outlet port, wherein an exhaust inlet pipe(2), which makes the exhaust gas discharged from an engine flow in the muffler pipe, is inserted to the inlet port and connected integrally by welding, and an exhaust outlet pipe(3), which makes the exhaust gas moving in the muffler pipe flow out to the outside of the muffler pipe, is inserted to the outlet port and connected integrally by welding, and the exhaust inlet pipe is inserted as much as the half of the entire length from the inlet port and to the outlet port of the muffler pipe. |
