PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve game amusement in a game machine executing a limited probability-variable game.SOLUTION: A game machine is provided in which, after a jackpot game is finished, the game is set in a high-probability opening extension state where the probability is increased for the lottery symbols to stop and display jackpot symbols, and the opening frequency of start ports is also increased. When in the high-probability opening extension state, if the lottery symbols do not stop and show the jackpot symbols during the lottery symbols are displayed in variations for a first prescribed times, the game is shifted to a high-probability normal state. When in the high-probability normal state, if the lottery symbols do not stop and show the jackpot symbols during the lottery symbols are displayed in variations for a second prescribed times, the game is shifted to a low-probability normal state. When determining a variation pattern of the lottery symbols, in the high-probability opening extension state, a high-probability time-shortened variation pattern table is used; in the high-probability normal state, after using a first high-probability normal variation pattern table, a second high-probability normal variation pattern table is used; and in the low-probability normal state, a low-probability normal variation pattern table is used. |
