PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dividing apparatus for food dough that can optimize three members even while driving the three members of a slide head, a main ram, and a knife with one motor, and can raise production capacity of dough balls per unit of time while suppressing stress given to the dough.SOLUTION: A dividing apparatus for food dough includes: a cylinder 5 for receiving the dough from hopper 1; a slide head 7 having two or more divided pockets disposed in one end of the cylinder and simultaneously receiving the dough from the cylinder, and vertically movable between a first position for receiving the dough from the cylinder to the divided pocket and a second position for discharging the dough from the divided pocket; a main ram 6 for pushing the dough in the cylinder to the divided pocket of the slide head set in the first position; and a knife 8 for opening and closing a dough inlet. The swing of a standard drive shaft is generated by a main motor 40, and the swing of this standard drive shaft is constituted to be converted into the operation of the slide head, the main ram, and the knife.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
