According to an embodiment of the present invention, an organic light emitting device comprises: an organic light emitting device including a first electrode, an intermediate layer having a light emitting layer, and a second electrode; an organic barrier layer positioned on the second electrode of the organic light emitting device and including a first surface to face the organic light emitting device and a second surface opposite to the first surface; a buffer layer directly coming in contact with the second surface of the organic barrier layer; and a first inorganic barrier layer positioned on the second surface of the organic barrier layer across the buffer layer. The transmission rate of the buffer layer is greater than 10^(-2) g/(cmday).
