The framework (1) and the mobile panel (2) are connected by a holding and equilibrium mechanism (3) that allows the panel to move from a closed to an open position. The mechanism has an arm (4) one end of which is connected to a panel vertical side and the other end of which is mounted pivoting about a horizontal axis parallel to the panel plane. The exit shaft (18) of the motor drive (16) is connected to the arm to make it pivot about the horizontal axis to displace the panel from a closed to open position and vice versa.
