PURPOSE:To receive one's own call while always using a nearby extension telephone set by giving a telephone number to each subscriber using a subscriber terminal set. CONSTITUTION:An extension user A loads an ID card 7 carried by the user storing one's own telephone number is loaded to an ID card reader 6 added to an extension telephone set 51 to input a telephone number to the extension telephone set 51. The extension telephone set 51 sends telephone number information inputted from the ID card 7 to a subscriber circuit 41, while the subscriber circuit 41 receiving the telephone number information informs the presence of request of station data change setting in a memory 2 to a central controller 1. When the central controller 1 identifies the subscriber circuit, the central controller 1 reads the telephone number information in the subscriber circuit 41 via a signal line 8. A subscriber circuit designation data in a table corresponding to the read telephone number is revised into a data designating the subscriber circuit 41.
