<p>PURPOSE:To decide the mutual axis-to-axis distance between a driving gear, an idle gear and a driven gear by one supporting plate, to connect and disconnect driving force and to reduce the number of parts in a driving transmitting mechanism for an image forming device. CONSTITUTION:The driving gear 21, the idle gear 22 and the driven gear 23 are pivotally attached to the supporting plate 20 by shafts 31, 32 and 33. A notch 26 is formed on the supporting plate 20, so that the shaft 32 can be turned in the notch 26. Ordinarily, the shaft 32 is pressed to the lower end of the notch 26 and the idle gear 22 is meshed with the driven gear 23, thereby transmitting the rotation of the gear 21 to the gear 23. The shaft 32 is turned in a direction (t) in the notch 26, so that the meshing of the gear 22 with the gear 23 is released, and the transmission of rotating force is released.</p> |
