PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring a front end face of an ink guide core into a surface contact with a rear end face of a writing refill by a simple method without skill in a method for assembling writing instrument elements for constituting to bring the refill having a different diameter into surface contact with the guide core in a cylindrical chip. SOLUTION: A stepped part having a flat surface 7 perpendicularly crossing with an axis is provided at a boundary between a small diameter part 3 and a large diameter part 5 in a chip 2. And, in the step of caulking a writing refill 1, a guide pin 8 is inserted into the hole 5 until it is brought into contact with the surface 7, and the refill 1 is inserted into the hole 3, and caulked in the state that the pin 8 is brought into contact with a rear end face of the refill 1. Thus, the refill 1 is fixed to a position at the time of completing assembling. And, the pin 8 is drawn, and an ink guide core is inserted to be brought into surface contact with it at a suitable position to simplify the operation and to reduce assembling faults as well. |
