PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively execute antialiasing processing of a sub-pixel at high speed and to plot a three-dimensional picture by averaging an average value obtained from the second pixel value of a one-dimensional picture at every pixel to obtain a pixel value. SOLUTION: A scan conversion part 702 extracts the cross line of polygon data 701 and a sub-scan plane and obtains a cross line edge 703 and cross line data 704. A comparison part 709 compares plural sub-cross lines 708 belonging to the same span and outputs the sub-cross line near a side where polygon data 701 is desired. A sub-pixel data conversion part 710 converts the sub-cross line into sub-pixel data and plots it in the sub-pixel of a sub-scan line buffer 711. A sub-pixel averaging part 712 averages the sub-pixel belonging to the same pixel at every pixel. A scan line read part 715 divides a stored value by the number of sub-pixels contained in one pixel and writes it in the line of a frame buffer part 718.
