PURPOSE: A device for controlling detection of fan operation is provided to sense the fan operation and control the speed of the fan operation according to the temperature adjustment. CONSTITUTION: In a fan operation controlling system having a control circuit(300) detecting the operation state of a DC fan(100) to be controlled and controlling an alarm and the operation of the DC fan, a device for controlling detection of fan operation includes an AC component generating part(210) generating AC voltage component by the rotary operation of the DC fan, an AC component detecting part(220) detecting AC voltage component generated in the AC component generating part, an A/D converter(230) converting AC voltage component into DC voltage component and a comparator(240) comparing the DC voltage component outputted from the A/D converter with a reference voltage for supplying the compared result to the control circuit.
