<p>The invention relates to a method for establishing and managing a call between a radio station (MS) and a packet-orientated communications system (SGSN, GGSN, CSCF(H)), whereby the call between the station (MS) and the communications system (SGSN, GGSN) is established via devices (UTRAN) on the radio station side for operating a radio interface and via a service network node (SGSN) of the communications system and whereby the call is at least partially managed using a call state control function CSCF(H) of the communications system HPLMN. To simplify the management and control of a call of a radio station (MS) which is checked into a public supply communications system, during a call between the station (MS) and an external communications system (GPRS-N/VPLMN) used by the latter, the management and/or control is established using a call state control function CSCF(V) of the external communications system that has been used (GPRS-N).</p> |
