<p>Compositions normalizing circadian rhythm which contain as the active ingredient astaxanthin and/or its ester; and compositions having an effect of potentiating the effect of normalizing circadian rhythm of melatonin by protecting melatonin. These compositions are available in the form of drugs, functional foods, foods or drinks. These compositions exert an effect of normalizing circadian rhythm and thus preventing or ameliorating sleep disturbance and various diseases caused by circadian rhythm disorder.</p> |
