PURPOSE:To obtain a constant output voltage not susceptible to the effect of temperature or power fluctuation or the like by using resistors with equal temperature coefficient for 1st and 2nd resistors and using a fixed voltage source for a reference voltage source. CONSTITUTION:An amplifier 8, a transistor(TR) 5 and a resistor 2 constitute a voltage follower and a voltage V1 of the reference voltage source 9 and a voltage across the resistor 2 are equal to each other. Thus, the current of the resistor 2 is expressed as V1/R3 and a collector current of the TR 5 is expressed as V1/R3 and an output voltage e0 is expressed as R2XV1/R3 when the input voltage ei is sufficiently lower than the voltage of the reference voltage source 10, where R2 is the resistance of a resistor 1 and R3 is the resistance of a resistor 2. Thus, resistors with equal temperature coefficient are used for the resistors 1, 2 and a fixed voltage source is used for the reference voltage source 9, then a constant output voltage e0 is obtained without being susceptible to the effect of temperature or power fluctuation or the like. |
