PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the workability in sticking a sealing member and to enhance the positional accuracy in sticking the sealing member. SOLUTION: A seal sticking part 5c is integrally formed at each longitudinal end side of a blade plate 5a so as to be positioned outside both longitudinal end of an elastic blade 5b, the sealing member 9 for preventing toner from leaking out of each longitudinal end side of the elastic blade 5b is stuck to the seal sticking part 5c, then, the workability in sticking the sealing member 9 is improved, and also, the positional accuracy in sticking the sealing member 9 is enhanced. |
