PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that it is impossible to quickly and easily provide countermeasure information when any trouble occurs in a conventional facility information managing system.

SOLUTION: An individual managing function 1A of a system body 1 uses databases 2 to 6 to execute the manage information of a facility and equipment or the like according to their contents. A trouble occurrence time support database 7 executes the retrieval, reference and storage of a countermeasure flow corresponding to abnormal event contents and trouble when the trouble occurs. When the past similar abnormal event contents are retrieved in trouble occurrence, a countermeasure information processing function 1B displays the countermeasure flow registered in the database 7. In the other case, the countermeasure information processing function 1B provides information being the factor of the trouble by referring to a management contents-categorized database, and supports countermeasures to the trouble when the trouble factor is specified according to the information provision.
