<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflector for indicating a road boundary or the like which is small in size, good in maintainability, inexpensive, and good in attention-calling property. <P>SOLUTION: The wind turbine type reflector serves as a moving reflection body so as to improve the attention-calling property.
