摘要 Remover compositions, and methods of selectively removing anodic oxidation coatings from anodic oxidation-treated aluminum or aluminum alloy members by immersing the anodic oxidation coatings into solutions or the compositions are provided. An anodic oxidation coating remover composition for an aluminum or aluminum alloy member comprises phosphoric acid and a molybdate salt. An anodic oxidation coating remover composition comprises phosphoric acid with a concentration of 10 to 400 g/L and a molybdate salt with a molybdate ion concentration of 0.5 to 150 g/L. The anodic oxidation coating remover composition further comprises an oxidizer. The oxidizer is a nitrate ion. The anodic oxidation coating remover composition comprises a nitrate ion with a concentration of 0.5 to 200 g/L. A method of removing an anodic oxidation coating comprises: immersing an aluminum or aluminum alloy member with an anodic oxidation coating into the remover composition for removing an anodic oxidation coating and forming a molybdenum-containing coating at the same time; and immersing the member into a solution that is capable of dissolving the molybdenum-containing coating to remove the molybdenum-containing coating.
