<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor particle applicable to the application of a nanomicro device and a photocatalyst, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The above-described problem is solved by the semiconductor particle having a p-type semiconductor such as nickel oxide and an n-type semiconductor such as zinc oxide. Such the semiconductor particle includes (A) the structure of covering a part of the surface of an n-type semiconductor particle with the p-type semiconductor, (B) the structure of covering a part of the surface of a p-type semiconductor particle with the n-type semiconductor and (C) the structure of jointing the p-type semiconductor to the n-type semiconductor at the center of a particle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
