PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image blur correction unit capable of surely operating without contacting and damaging the inner wall of the body of a portable apparatus even when it is mounted inside the body of the portable apparatus which is compact and thin, an image blur correction device with the image blur correction unit, a photographing device with the image blur correction device and the portable apparatus with the photographing device. SOLUTION: The image blur correction unit is provided with a cover 201 with which respective members such as a holding module; a supporting member; and an arm, a substrate on which a coil is formed, and a yoke, which constitute a driving mechanism, are all covered. Further, the unit is provided with a cushioning member 201A at a part of the cover 201 having possibility that the rocking part of the holding module 202 comes into contact therewith.
