A light diffusion member is provided to improve luminance and to function as an air layer by forming a space between a light diffusion member and a prism sheet. A light diffusion member includes a base material layer(10), a structure layer(20), and a cubic structure. The structure layer is formed on one surface or both surfaces of the base material layer. In the cubic structure, height of the structure layer is fixed in a peak point, and a distance between peak points of two cubic structures is fixed. A pitch of the structure layer is more than four times about height of the peak point.
