2-ETHYLDECYL 2-ETHYLUNDECY PHTALATE FROM SEAHORSE AND ITS PHAMACEUTICAL USE

A 2-ethyldecyl 2-ethylundecy phtalate compound is provided to show Alzheimer inhibition effects due to beta-secretase inhibitory activity and to ensure hypertension inhibition effect due to tyrosinase inhibitory activity. A 2-ethyldecyl 2-ethylundecy phtalate compound has a structure represented by chemical formula 1. The compound of chemical formula 1 is obtained by the steps of: pulverizing freeze-dried Hippocampus Kuda Bleeler 2 kg; extracting the pulverized material with methanol 3-5 L in a room temperature for 15 days; obtaining crude methanol extract by evaporating solvent in vacuum; and purifying the methanol extract by using silica gel flash chromatography and HPLC.
