PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that it is difficult to attain a sufficient bonding strength with a small area, when holding a hard-to-bond flexible wiring member while bonding to a holding member.SOLUTION: In a FPC 110, a terminal electrode 114 is formed on the tip side of a wiring electrode 112, a back electrode 115 becoming a dummy electrode, not used for signal transmission, is also formed on the opposite side from the surface side where the terminal electrode 114 is formed. The FPC 110 is bonded to a substrate 120, becoming a holding member, by an adhesive 130 via the back electrode 115 and held in place.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
