The present invention relates to an electrolyte solution for a lithium secondary batter and a lithium secondary battery having same, the electrolyte solution further comprising expressed solid salts which have ammonium-based cations and cyanide anions (CN-). The present invention may provide an electrolyte solution comprising solid salts and thus can resolve the problem of decrease in stability of a negative electrode due to copper ions that are eluted from a copper current collector in a high-temperature environment. Therefore, the present invention may provide a lithium secondary battery having excellent battery performance such as a battery capacity, charging and discharging efficiency, cycle characteristics and the like even under a high-temperature condition.
