FIELD: biotechnology.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and microbiology. Described is vaccine for prevention of anthrax and necrobacillosis in animals. Vaccine contains formalin inactivated exotoxin-leukocidin adsorbed on aluminium hydroxide, as well as suspension of living spores of anthrax vaccine strain 55-VNIIVViM in physiologic saline. Vaccine also contains glycerine, saponin and sodium salt of chitosan succinate in certain proportions. Besides, described is method of producing such vaccines.
