PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mesh structure for a pizza stove in which a firing time of the pizza is shortened and the moving work or cleaning work of fuel such as firewood or charcoal is simplified.SOLUTION: A mesh structure 1 for a pizza stove includes a base part 2 and a mesh part 3 extended so as to be set up from the base part 2, and is characterized by self-standing. The base part 2 is the L-shaped plate made of steel, and a bottom plate has an area increased in comparison to a direct vertical plate in order to secure free-standing stability, and thereby the mesh part 3 is extended to the tilt direction from the direct vertical plate. The mesh part 3 is constituted of the expanded metal produced from an iron steel plate, in which a mesh dimension of XP12×30.5 is exemplified in the JIS standard (JISG3351).
