PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartoon data generating device, a method and device for displaying cartoon data, and a computer program therefor.SOLUTION: A device for generating cartoon data includes: a cut input controller configured to control receiving of a signal for adding a cut, including a plurality of layers, to be included in cartoon data; an effect input controller configured to control receiving of a perspective effect to be applied to the plurality of layers; and a cut generator configured to generate a final cut such that the perspective effect is expressed by the plurality of layers in accordance with a user event received from a user. The cut generator generates a final layer such that the plurality of layers have degrees and directions of movement, based on the hierarchy of the layers, corresponding to the perspective effect.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
