PURPOSE:To prevent a jamming of transfer paper, by not carrying the papers to a sorter side, when electric source of the sorter is turned off and a storing operation of the paper is stopped. CONSTITUTION:When a door 110 or a door 111 of a sorter 100 is opened due to some reason during a copying operation of a main body of a copying machine 1, electric source which is supplied to a sorter 100 from the main body by a door switch which is not shown in a figure is cut off, and a paper discharging changeover lever 12 is returned, then transfer paper P from a paper discharge part 11 is discharged to a nonsorted tray 13. |
