PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable continuous correlation detection without any error by changing the timings of a clock with which the reverse spread arithmetic operation of a matched filter synchronizes and of a clock with which a reverse spread code switching operation synchronizes. SOLUTION: A reverse spread computing element 100 is supplied with a spread modulated signal consisting of a spread modulated digital signal at a reception input 102 and applied with a 1st clock giving reverse spread arithmetic timing at a clock signal input 103. A reverse spread code switching unit 101 is supplied with a reverse spread code train at a reverse spread code train input 105, and is supplied with a second clock for providing a timing for switching the reverse spread code at a clock signal input 106. The reverse spread code switching unit 101 is further applied with a load signal for loading a switched reverse spread code C to the reverse spread computing element 100 at a load signal input 107. It this case, the 1st clock and 2nd clock are shifted in phase so that the rises of the 2nd clock and 1st clock always deviate from each other.
