<p>PURPOSE:To provide a resinous bottle which can be divided into two halves easily by hand to reduce a bottle volume for piling and collecting and the manufacture of the bottle. CONSTITUTION:On a line substantially crossing horizontally or vertically a central part of a bottle body 1 which is formed by extension blowing, a weak line 3 is provided which is partially designed thin enough to weaken shearing force. A forming way of the weak line 3 is as follows. First, when a blowing die is being fastened, in a state where a small gap is made between prescribed divided dice, a fastening operation of the divided dice is temporarily stopped. Then compressed air is blown into a parison which is arranged between the divided dice, so that the parison attaches to the divided dice intimately. In this while, an expanded part is formed which is expanded locally toward a gap of the divided dice. Finally, the divided dice are closed to push the expanded part to be flat.</p> |
