PURPOSE:To automatically check a read report by comparing the processing result of CAD processing with a view of the read report in detail. CONSTITUTION:CAD is applied to a digital picture transmitted to a work station to perform the CAD processing, and an analysis result 100 is obtained, and a doctor or the like reads the digital picture to input a view 101 as the result and divides contents of the view 101 based on read into contents 103 diagnosed as normal and those 104 diagnosed as abnormal before comparison between the view 101 based on read and the CAD processing result 100 in a step 102. In the case of contents 104 diagnosed as abnormal, it is discriminated whether they are in the object range (ROT) of the CAD processing or not in a step 105; and if they are not in this range, it is discriminated whether they are in the range where CAD processing can be applied or not in a step 106. If they are in this range as the result, the object range (ROI) of CAD processing is automatically set again in a step 107, and the CAD processing is performed again to obtain the result 100. |
