PURPOSE:To simplify the circuit and to improve the performance of a synchronization circuit by using one smoothing circuit without need of a differential amplifier. CONSTITUTION:A correlation signal from a band pass filter 5 is referred to as E and a correlation signal from a band pass filter 6 is referred to as L. The correlation signal E is rectified by a rectifier circuit 7 and a positive portion of a sine wave is outputted. The correlation signal L is rectified by a rectifier circuit 8 and a negative portion of the sine wave is outputted. The two signals are added by an adder circuit 9. The sum signal is further is smoothed by a smoothing circuit 10 and a signal corresponding to the difference between the amplitude of the correlation signal E and the amplitude of the correlation signal L is left. It is inputted to a voltage controlled clock 12 as a control signal to form the synchronization circuit. |
