PURPOSE:To apply sharp patterns to a tubular member using a sublimable ink thermal-transfer seal without being affected by a main color and to provide a sharply patterned product. CONSTITUTION:A main color 2 becoming a ground color is applied to the outer peripheral surface of a tubular member 1 to be dried and transparent clear paint is applied to the surface of the main color 2 and, after drying, a sublimable ink thermal transfer seal 4 is bonded to the surface of the formed transparent clear layer 2 and heat is applied to the seal to transfer the patterns of the thermal transfer seal to the tubular member. |
