<p>PURPOSE: To provide a food slicer which eliminates the possibility that slices that are out of specifications relating to the end of a block of food mix into a deposit of slices. CONSTITUTION: This food slicer includes: a feed means 10 for feeding ham H continuously in the feed direction; an end detection means 20 for detecting the end of the ham H fed by the feed means 10; a cutting means 30 by which the ham H fed from the feed means 10 is cut into slices from one end; slice receiving stands 42a, 42b that freely move into and out of a course through which the slices drop from the cutting means 30; and a control means which performs control so that the slice receiving stands 42a, 42b are moved back and forth according to detection signals of the end detection means 20.</p> |
