<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function setting device which can confirm and change the setting states of various functions in a short time and without increasing the size of the device main body nor requiring any complicated operation of a user. SOLUTION: When a screen showing a setting item is displayed at a display part 6, a main control part 2 fetches the setting state of the setting item from a setting data storage part 8 and checks the item. If it is decided that the function corresponding to the item shown at the part 6 is under setting, the part 2 controls a graphic data storage part 9 to read out the graphic data showing that the relevant function is under setting and to display an image showing that the function corresponding to the setting item is under setting on the screen showing the setting item at the part 6. If it's decided that the relevant function is not under setting, the part 2 reads the graphic data out of the part 9 to show that the relevant function is not set and displays an image showing that the function corresponding to the setting item is not set on the screen of the part 6.</p> |
